A dynamic form of yoga, suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. Taught by experienced yoga teacher, Vikki Poole.
£6 per drop in session
Vikki has been a fitness instructor for the last five years but has been practicing Astanga Yoga for seven years. She has completed a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Foundation course and is close to completing the BWY Diploma. The session is open to all, no previous Yoga experience is necessary.
Later in the spring Vikki will be running a 6-week Introduction to Yoga series where people can sample different styles of yoga and discover what suits them best. Watch this space.
